Our Privacy Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY:
a.) Client authorizes Tampa Brilliant Car Service due to send an invoices to the client must to make a full payment by due date.
b.) Cancellation with in 24 hours of service date 50% of the entire amount.
c.) If service is terminated early, no refund will be issued, as all fees are deemed earned when paid.
e.) If customer did not show up on time of the pick up, It is a customer responsibility, customer will be charged full amount.
All online reservations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the pick up time.
QUOTE & BOOKING:
All vehicles are quoted subject to availability at the time of booking. Rates are subject to change depends on New Years Day, New Years Eve, Busy Days, Holidays, Peak Periods and Long Distance. 100% deposit require at the time of booking.
MAXIMUM CAPACITY:
Drivers are not authorized to exceed the number of passengers stated on your contract. This is in violation of state law and insurance guidelines.Client accepts full liability for client, client’s guests, and/or client affiliations. Client is responsible for any and all damages to the vehicle. The starting minimum charge for the damages will be $500
